Who we are
Cosy Home Interiors (cosyhomeinteriors.com) is an independent homeware website based in the UK. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email sales@cosyhomeinteriors.com.
What we collect
We don’t ask you to create an account and we don’t sell anything directly, so we hold very little about you.
If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply. We delete it when it’s no longer needed.
When you browse, we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand which pages are popular. This uses cookies and collects things like your device type, rough location and the pages you visit. It doesn’t tell us who you are.
Amazon and affiliate links
When you click a link to Amazon, Amazon may set a cookie so it knows you came from us and can pay us a commission if you buy. Anything you do on Amazon is covered by Amazon’s privacy notice, not ours.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: analytics cookies from Google, and the affiliate cookie Amazon sets when you click through. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We’ll update this page if anything changes. Last updated: November 2026.
