Paper Weights & Desk Sculptures

Paperweights and desk sculptures are the small objects that make a home office desk feel personal. A weighty glass paperweight keeps loose notes in place by an open window or fan, while a sculptural piece gives your eyes somewhere to rest between screen sessions.Look for something with a bit of heft, such as glass, brass, marble or resin, and a smooth or felt-lined base so it won’t scratch the desktop. Size matters on a compact desk: palm-sized pieces sit happily beside a monitor without crowding your keyboard or notebook. Abstract and geometric forms suit a clean, modern setup, while animal figures or natural stone bring warmth and character. Bookends that double as sculptures are worth considering if you keep reference books on the desk. Stick to one or two statement pieces so the space stays calm and focused.Browse more ideas in home office desk accessories & organisation.
