Magazine Files & Holders

Magazine files and holders keep the home office shelf from turning into a slumping pile of paperwork. They stand catalogues, manuals, notebooks, payslips and A4 folders upright, so you can see and grab what you need without unstacking everything.Check that a file takes A4 paper comfortably, with a little extra width if you store ring binders or thick brochures. Card and kraft board files are light and inexpensive, plastic wipes clean, and metal mesh or wooden designs are sturdier and look smarter on open shelving. A cut-out at the back or a finger hole makes them easier to pull off a shelf. Buying a matching set gives a tidier look than odds and ends, and a label on each spine, such as household bills or tax, saves time when you need something quickly.Explore more home office storage & filing.
